Aiphone SBX-IDVF/AU Surface Box for IXDVF, Stainless Steel
Firstly, The SBX-IDVF is an 18-Gauge stainless steel enclosure designed to surface mount the IS Series and IX Series stainless steel flush mount door stations. Moreover it is compatible with the IS-DVF, IS-IPDVF, IS-SS, IX-DVF, and IX-SSA.

Firstly, IX Series stations are set to the default IPv4 address of 192.168.1.160. Moreover, The Support Tool programming software is designed to batch configure all IX stations simultaneously, furthermore identifying each device on the network by its MAC address.
In addition, The IX Series is designed to function on managed networks, however the broadcast method used to find stations may not function properly in this environment
Mounting (Aiphone SBX-IDVF/AU Surface Box):
1. Firstly, The SBX-IDVF is designed to mount to a 1 or 2-gang box, ring, or to any flat surface.
2. Secondly, Pass cable through the knockout hole on back or conduit knockout on bottom.
3. Thirdly, Secure mounting box to wall.
4. In addition, connect wires to door station (Refer to system’s installation instructions).
5. In essence, connect supplied speed nuts to mounting tabs (4 total).
6. Lastly, Attach door station to mounting box using the screws that are supplied with the intercom station.
