Returns For credit

At Mainline we have a very generous credit of returned goods policy, however there are some
guidelines that must be followed .

• Any goods returned for credit must be new and in original packaging complete with all
  manuals, paperwork and accessories. All packaging etc shall be unmarked. All goods returned for credit shall be accompanied by a reference to the original invoice
  number the goods were purchased on.
• Goods can only be credited if returned within 30 days of purchase.
•  Custom ordered cards / fobs cannot be credited.
• Any goods that are not new cannot be credited.

Any items that are returned that do not meet all of the above criteria will not be credited.
